WWP halts Forest Service end-run around Environmental Analysis on grazing allotments throughout the West

WHEREAS Plaintiffs brought this litigation against Defendant Forest Service challenging numerous Forest Service decisions throughout the Western United States that reauthorized livestock grazing on 386 grazing allotments for allegedly violating the National Environmental Policy Act (“NEPA”) and the 2005 Consolidated Appropriations Act, Public Law No. 108-447, Section 339, by improperly relying on the 2005 appropriations rider to exclude these decisions from environmental analysis;
