After bringing to the BLM’s attention, through a protest, its violations of FLMPA such as stocking the allotment above its capacity and permitting domestic sheep within areas designated by the RMP for bighorn sheep, stunningly BLM withdrew the bad decision without WWP having to resort to litigation. The BLM is beginning to redo the NEPA document.
