More than a year ago, WWP filed a case against the Forest Service for violating NFMA and NEPA in their decision authorize the construction of over 120 water developments and continue the same management on this group of allotments. Documents obtained through FOIA indicate the Forest Service is failing to live up to its “adaptive management” promises. A ruling is expected shortly.
