Again, WWP brought violations of the law to the BLM’s attention during the protest period and again the BLM admitted that the decision failed to comply with the law and withdrew the decision. The decision would have increased stocking rates, allocated 100% of a significant spring to livestock use and potentially impacted cultural resources.
