Using Microsoft Word
Documents
To view and print a Microsoft Word document you will need to have MS Word or
MS Office installed on your computer. Visit the Office Update web site (http://officeupdate.microsoft.com/) to
download MS Word or MS Office. If you choose not to download the software, or if your
current software versions cannot support the 97 release, you can view these documents by
downloading the appropriate viewer from the Office Update web site.

Go To: http://officeupdate.microsoft.com/downloadDetails/wd97vwr32.htm
1. Scroll down to the free downloads under "Word".
2. Select the correct Word Viewer version for your computer system and save it to your
desktop.
3. Close all open applications and double click on the file icon located on your desktop.
4. Your computer will go thorough the installation process, just follow the onscreen
instructions.
