Western Watersheds Project Files Litigation Against the Arizona BLM For Failing To Comply With The Presidential Proclamation That Created The Sonoran Desert National Monument.

The WWP legal Complaint filed on August 8 in Arizona federal district court was assigned to District Judge Mary H. Murguia. Read the Complaint
