Federal District Judge Donald Molloy Grants Western Watersheds Project’s (and 11 co-plaintiffs) Motion For a Preliminary Injunction And Enjoins the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service’s Decision To Delist Wolves From The Protections of the Endangered Species Act in Idaho, Wyoming, Montana and Small Portions of Oregon, Washington and Utah.
