With apologies to non-Idaho recipients of this listserve message, IWP announces that probably because of IWP's recent court victories, IWP Board President, Jon Marvel, will be appearing on Idaho Public TV's Dialog Program in a live call-in show at 8:30 P.M. Mountain Daylight Time, Thursday April 15th.

Jon will be appearing with Ted Hoffman a veterinarian from Mountain Home and a long-time apologists for public land ranchers. His most notorious claim to fame was his participation with others in a greenscam of the Committee for Idaho's High Desert's name some years ago in which he and the Idaho Farm Bureau lost a federal trademark lawsuit and had to pay over $40,000 in legal fees and give back CIHD's name after illegally incorporating under the conservation group's name and publicly using the name to comment on pending BLM grazing decisions. Maybe Ted has forgotten all that by now !

IWP recommends that Idaho readers of this message may be interested in calling in with their own questions during the program. Perhaps the theme of tax rip-offs might be suggested as an avenue for poignant or perhaps pointed questioning considering the program's coincidence with everyone's favorite tax day.
