The Idaho Land Board has postponed consideration of grazing lease auctions which had been scheduled to be addressed today, Tuesday November 9th. The Board and the Department of Lands has not given a reason for delaying a decision on awarding grazing leases to the low bidder as recommended by the Idaho Department of Lands.
Perhaps the Board is concerned that if it does award a lease to a low bidder that its reasons may be "misconstrued" to be a violation of the Idaho Constitution!
