Northern Rocky Mountain Wolf 10(j) Regulation Litigation

Western Watersheds Project's, along with other conservation and animal rights partners', legal representatives recently filed opening briefs challenging the Bush Administration's expanded 10(j) Rule that grants states and federal agents innappropriate "flexibility" to kill Endangered Species Act protected wolves in the Nortern Rocky Mountains.
